Who is vocaloid 04
Though there were differences in capabilities between V3 and V4, these were often notable not to be as significant as the differences between V2 and V3.
This wasn't just restricted to the engine either, but to the Vocaloid released for it. There were no Spanish voicebanks released at all for the engine.

Hatsune Miku V4 English. Tohoku Zunko V4. No one really knows much about his status, since Crypton decided to focus on updating their exsisting vocaloids. This was rumored way back in the Vocaloid 2 era, so he could still be in production most likely on hiatus or he could just be a rumor. I don't think CV04 was ever confirmed to be in production or even announced. CV04 has no character design, voicebank, or official name, so he's technically not a vocaloid yet.
Also remember, Miku's 10th anniversary is coming up this year in , so we probably won't hear much about CV04 this year. But who knows what Crypton might decide on? Most likely, his voice provider would be a seiyuu Japanese voice actor and he would be character voiced instead of natural. Of course, it depends on his quality and how he sounds, but would that link between him and Crypton instantly make him famous? Besides IA, who is gaining popularity, there hasn't been a famous Vocaloid for seven years, in the V2 era.
Perhaps fans will want to give him an item, which might end up in another Item War. Perhaps it will have the opposite effect. Perhaps fans will backlash him early so they aren't labeled as weeboos.
Since CV04 has a very obvious connection to Miku, many of Miku's haters might "connect the dots" and decide to hate him as well. Crypton is yet to have a Vocaloid who failed, although Kaito did fail for Yamaha and the Kagamine Duo was a little slow at first.
Would they stop making Vocaloids and only update the ones they already had? Would they give up on him and never update him? Would they try to use their other Vocaloids to promote him? I believe that once things actually start rolling for CV04, the fans will go crazy in excitement.
